No. Joining, renewing, registering, and updating details all work through public forms and pages. Staff sign in; members do not have to.
Can we control what the public directory shows?
Yes. You choose which members appear and which fields show — the directory reads from live records but only the parts you decide are public.
Can we move our member history?
Yes. Exports from your current membership system and spreadsheet archives are what our data conversion service handles — cleaned, mapped, and verified with you.
What does it actually cost?
A free 30-day trial, then flat monthly plans sized by actively managed people: $99 through 500, $199 through 2,000, $349 through 5,000, $599 through 15,000. Company memberships count the people you actually track — never the wrapper or the whole employee roster. Users are unlimited, your first published website is included, and eligible charitable organizations may receive 20% off after separate review. The calculator shows the standard price until approval.

Do we have to use the AI?
No — every AI feature in Simply Members is optional and off until you turn it on. If you do use it, your staff approve anything it proposes and still take the conversations that matter with members.
